Party Social Rental

Rentals are calculated based on 24 hours per rental, even if you only need the items for 4 hours, we would still charge the same minimal amount.

Should you need our items for a longer period of time, 4 days, 6 days, 2 weeks or longer, please let our Customer Service Agent know in order to check availablity and the appropriate rate. 

Late returns which are brought back after the agreed upon time period are subject to late fees.

How long is the rental period for?

Our logistics charges can range from 150AED to over 1000AED for delivery and collection charges. We charge separate fees for delivery and for collection and it is a function of the size of your rental order and the location of the event.

Your REQUEST FOR QUOTE  currently only has a minimum logistics fee but this charge will be amended in the final quote to reflect the actual fees based on the factors mentioned.

What are your delivery & collection fees?

We do allow self collection and returns for our smaller items, such as cutlery, table linens, napkins and small numbers of glasses and tableware items. Our Customer Service Agent can confim if your order qualifies for self collection. As we are centrally located, it's relatively easy to pick up items from our warehouse in Al Quoz. 

For larger items, such as our tables, chairs, lounge furniture, bar units and backdrops, delivery and collection is conducted by our in house logistics team. This is to ensure that no damage is done to our items but more importantly that no damage is done to our customers.
